Ellsworth Cross Country Invitational Results

Boys and girls Junior High and High School traveled to Ellsworth to compete with twelve other schools in the Ellsworth Invitational. The girls finished 4th overall and the boys finished in 6th place.

Individual medalists included the following.

In the 7th grade race:
Nicole Wiese was the gold medal winner in a time of 6:42
Shyann Higgins 7th place

Alijah Twaddel gold medal winner in 6:21
Bryce Mason 5th place medalist

Other participants included: Abbey Vetter 11th, Tristan Armstrong 18th, Treyton Croissant 21st.


In the 8th grade two mile race: Individual medalist included Chance Kopsa 4th place, and Tristan Brummer 5th place.

Other runners included Kylie Mihm 18th, Emma Easter 19th, Atlanta Haller 21st, Jake Swisher 23rd Riley Gronewaller 24th, and Calvin Duden 31st.

In the boys varsity race Anthony Nunez was the sole medalist finishing in 11th place.
Other runners included Brendon Mason 25th, Taylor Travis 33rd, Logan Mong 37th, Gannon Grauerholz 41st, Trey Richard 42nd, and Nick Meier 47th.

The girls varsity medalists included both Savanna Cox in 6th place, and Michaela Pingel 14th.
Belle Finney finished 25th, Mackenzie VanPelt 26th, and Erin Kelley 29th.

Boys Junior Varsity race included Chris Chandler 3rd place medalists and Dustin Williams 4th place medalists. KC Swisher 26th and Jesse Vetter 34th.

Girls Junior Varsity race included Paige Hafliger as a 6th place medalist and Audrey Finney 7th place medalists.

Next action for the Trojans will be Thursday as the High School Varsity travels to Phillipsburg while the Junior High will finish their season at the Lincoln Invitational.
