Frances Foster, Age 64

Frances L. Foster, age 64, oc Concordia, passed away Friday, February 20, 2015 at Cloud County Health Center, Concordia, Kansas after a brief illness. She was born October 8, 1950 at Gilroy, California, the daughter of Vern & Bernice Lydick. She was a retired dental assistant.

Francis is survived by one son, Kevin Rosch & his significant other, Candy Tholstrup. Also surviving are special friends, Butch Rosch & Luann Dudle as well as 9 grandchildren & 3 great grandchildren.
