Harry Dean, Age 84

Harry L. "Lair" Dean, age 84, passed away Monday, May 25, 2014 at the Smith County Long Term Care in Smith Center, KS. He was born June 6, 1930 in Rural Smith County to Harry and Maggie (Heinschel) Dean. He was a farmer.

He was preceded in death by his wife Virginia and son Timothy.

Survivors include sons Robert of Rural Lebanon, KS; David (Robin) of Derby, KS; Bill (Deborah) of Kansas City, MO and 4 grandchildren, Catherine, Elizabeth, Madeline and Will.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at the mortuary.

Celebration of Life Services will be at 10:00 AM, Thursday, May 28, 2015 at the Simmons-Rentschler Mortuary.

Burial will follow in the Cora Cedar Hill Cemetery, Rural Bellaire, KS.
