Edwin Schultz, Age 93

Edwin J Schultz, the son of Ova and Martha (Rasmussen) Schultz, was born on August 22, 1922 on a farm south of Ruskin, Nebraska. He passed away on June 16, 2016 at the Brodstone Memorial Hospital in Superior, Nebraska at the age of 93 years, 9 months, 25 days.

Ed is preceded in death by his parents; wife Bert on December 18, 2011; brothers Eugene, Wayne and Raymond, sister Madeline Schultz, grandson Johnathon Gerberding and son-in-law Ken Gerberding. He is survived by his children, Teresa Christensen and husband Doyle of Superior, Nebraska; Larry Schultz and wife Jodie also of Superior, Nebraska; and Pam Tyma and husband Tim of Aurora, Nebraska; seven grandchildren, Matt Schultz and wife Missy, Marc Schultz and wife Robbyn, Darcie Christensen, Marti Blecha and husband Bryce, Brett Christensen, Brock Christensen, and Sharisa Tyma; eight great grandchildren, Bladen Blecha, Garrett Schultz, Tripp Schultz, Brinleigh Blecha, Bishop Blecha, Morgan Schultz, Chase Schultz and Natalie Schultz; sister, JoAnn Renz and husband "Cork" of Deshler, Nebraska; and one brother Keith Schultz and wife Heral Jean of Superior, Nebraska; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
