Chevis Cowdin, E1 - #85

Chevis Cowdin, Winfield, has been selected for the Division I East Squad. He is a 2017 graduate of Oxford Jr.-Sr. High School and plans to attain a technical degree in paramedics. Football statistics and accomplishments include: Honorable Mention Defensive End All District, First Team Offensive Line All District, First Team Defensive Line All District, Honorable Mention Top 100 Seniors, Honorable Mention Defensive Line All State. Career stats include: 101 total tackles, 4 sacks, 61 solo tackles, 3 caused fumbles, 4 fumble recoveries, 1 touchdown. Oxford was 2016 District Two Champions in 2016. Honors and accomplishments in other sports include: 2015: 3rd place State Basketball, Regional Baseball Champion; 2016: Regional Baseball Runner-Up. Chevis is a Cub Scout and attends church. He enjoys fishing, hunting and camping. Activities and honors in school include FFA, FCA, StuCo, track, baseball, basketball, and Life of A Wildcat. Chevis' parents are Shannon Cowdin and Melody Everhart.
