Calvin Hugh Childers, age 76, passed away on Monday, January 21, 2013 at Deseret Health & Rehab Center.
Survivors include his wife Neva of Cedar, KS; a daughter Pamela Sorenson of Longview, WA; a son Dennis of Longview, WA; 7 grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
There will be a private family service held at a later date.
There will be no visitation.
The family requests memorials be made to the Calvin Hugh Childers memorial fund and can be sent in care of the mortuary.
Arrangements are being handled by the Simmons-Rentschler Mortuary in Smith Center, KS.
