David Arnold Beckmann, age 59, passed away Thursday, January 24, 2013. He was born February 1, 1953 in Smith Center, KS to Arnold and Esther (Kirchoff) Beckmann. He was a laborer.
Survivors include his wife Cindy of the home; daughters Cherish (Todd) Reeves of Kiowa, KS, Charity Beckmann of Gascanade, MO and Christina (Rhett) Hickert of Kiowa, KS; brother Dennis (Kathy) Beckmann of Mankato, KS; sisters Helen (Max) Dannenberg of Gaylord, KS and Rebecca (Ron) Powell of North Carolina; mother-in-law Doris (Kenny) Blanke; brother-in-laws Jerry (Vicky) Knight and Terry Knight; sister-in-law Glenda (Dennis) Ratliff of Smith Center, KS; 13 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from noon until 8:00 PM Tuesday, January 29, 2013 with the family present from 5:00 PM until 6:30 PM at the mortuary.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at the St. John Lutheran Church of Athol with Pastor Dave Kramer officiating.
