Dolores Lyon, age 79, passed away Sunday, January 27, 2012 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, KS. She was born on June 27, 1933 in rural Smith County the daughter of Fredrick & Viola (Smith) Bohm. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Dale of the home; 2 daughters, Linda (Dennis) Hommon & Teresa (Galen) Arment of Smith Center; 2 sons, Cody (Paula) Lyon of Kensington & Kelly (Brigitte) Lyon of Smith Center; 3 brothers, Wendall Bohm of Athol, Ross Bohm of Yuma, CO, Duane Bohm of Elk Falls, KS; 12 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
Celebration of life services will be held at 10:30AM on Thursday January 31, 2013 at the First St. John Lutheran Church in Kensington, KS with pastor Dave Hutson officiating.
Burial will follow in the Myer-Pleasant View Cemetery in Athol, KS.
Visitation will be held from 5PM until 8PM Wednesday at the Simmons-Rentschler Mortuary in Smith Center.
