Emilie Morgan

Emilie Morgan, the daughter of Friedrich and Maria (Seidl) Bitterwolf, was born on July 2, 1925 in Munich, Germany. She passed away on January 28, 2013 at Brodstone Memorial Hospital, Superior, Nebraska at the age of 87 years, 6 months, 26 days.

Emilie was a high school graduate and was married to Louis Eugene Morgan in Munich, Germany. This union was blessed with a son Ronald "Eddie" Morgan. In 1948 they moved to Denver, Colorado, later moving to Thornton Colorado. They enjoyed their summer cabin in Clear Creek, Colorado. Due to her health she moved to Superior, Nebraska to be near relatives and currently resided at the Superior Good Samaritan Society.

Emilie loved to garden, spend time with the grandkids and their dogs. She was a member of the Mountain View Lutheran Church, and the deliveries and commerce clubs in Colorado.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Louis, her son Ronald "Eddie" Morgan and one sister Charlotte Schumann.

She is survived by four grandchildren: Dennis Morgan of Phoenix, Arizona; Erikka Degenhart of Denver, Colorado; Danelle Janicek of Superior, Nebraska; and Stevie Janicek of Thornton, Colorado; nine great grandchildren, her brother Friedrich Bitterwolf and wife Marianne of Munich, Germany; nephew Robert Schumann of New Jersey and niece Ellen Huber of Munich, Germany; and many friends from Munich, Germany

Memorial services will be held on this spring in Colorado.

Inurnment was in the Fort Logan National Cemetery, Denver, Colorado
