Northern Kansas ElectroRally

Saturday May 4th, the Northern Kansas Electrorally was held on the campus of NCK Tech. During the first race of the day the Beloit high car was driven by Tanner Culp took second place to car 23 from Scott City High School. After some changes during the one hour break the Beloit high car driven by Aaron Beam completed 101 laps to win the second race. The final results for the days racing were Scott City earn 1st, Beloit High Second, Scott City car 95 won third place.
The KS State Championship points battle came down to the finish of the second race at Beloit. After all the points were added up the state championship went to Beloit High team, with Scott City finishing second and Clearwater High in third place. The Beloit high team drove in nine races this school year finishing with six 1st place finishes and two second place finishes and one 5th place finish.
