The "Welcome Home Shopping Spree" drawing was a great success with 512 shoppers entering the drawing at local businesses during the Month of May. The Shopping Spree; worth $950 sponsored by the Beloit Business Committee, was drawn for this past weekend at the May 25th Parade in Beloit. The Winner was Tina Eck of Beloit, KS who registered at S&S Drug in Beloit.
The Beloit Business Committee also thanked local Shoppers by handing out shopping bags filled with coupons and Freebies from local businesses. Two Hundred Shopping bags were handed out at the Parade, with plans to have even more available next year!
