Funeral Services for Harry M. Schmitt, 76 of Tipton will be 10 AM Friday at St. Boniface Catholic Church with burial in St. Boniface Cemetery. Harry died Sunday.
Survivors are his wife Phyllis of Tipton; son Doug Schmitt (Lori) Tipton; daughters Mary Read (Don), Winfield, Sandy Law (Col. Bob), Fort Riley, KS, Kathy Schwerdtfager (Travis) Lincoln, Lisa Shivers (Jarrod), Tipton, Becky Schmitt (fiancé Jared Gray), Beloit; brother Richard Schmitt, Cawker City, sisters Claire Jean Kohn, Wayne, NE, Lois Gengler, Beloit, Maxine Bannister, San Lorenzo, CA; sister-in-law Laurine Schmitt, Tipton; 10 grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 9 AM-3 PM Thursday at McDonald Funeral Home, Beloit and from 5 PM until 7 PM at St. Boniface Catholic Church where the Parish Vigil and Rosary will be held at 7:30 P.M.
