Bessie K. Wichers, 101, died November 10, 2013. She was born June 26, 1912 in Dentonia, KS to John and Dena (Otte) Rotman. She worked as a registered nurse.
Survivors include: a brother, Albert Rotman of Cozad, nieces and nephews.
Bessie was preceded in death by her husband, Harold in 1987; brothers, Harold, Julian, and Antone; a sister, Ann; and a cousin, Alvin Rotman.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Dispatch Christian Reformed Church, Downs, KS. A visitation will be held Tuesday, November 12 from 7-8:30 p.m. at the Domoney Funeral Home. Memorials may be given to the Church and the Downs Senior Center. Domoney Funeral Home, 817 Morgan Avenue, Downs, KS is in charge of arrangements.
