Memorial Services for Donald Wayne Nelson, age 83, Glasco will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday at First Christian Church. Private burial of the ashes will be in Glasco Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife Barbara Betty Nelson of the home; daughter Carrie Pennington, Bettendorf, IA, son-in-law Mike Baggett, Lufkin, TX; brother Paul Nelson, Glasco, brother-in-law Monte Beck, Altamont, IL; 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren + 1 enroute.
Memorials may be given to the Church or Solomon Valley Hospice. Cremation has taken place; there will be no visitation. Dean Funeral Home, Glasco is in charge of arrangements.
