Head Coach Chris Steiner, Central Plains High School - Chris Steiner, Central Plains, head coach for Division I West, graduated from Claflin High School in 1994 and from Hutchinson Community College in 1996 and Ottawa University in 1998 with a Bachelors Degree in Biology. He played college football at both places while attending school and was a three year starter as an offensive lineman.  
He was a coaches aide at Ottawa University as an offensive line coach in 1998-99; assistant coach at Claflin High School for 4 years 2003-2006 and an assistant junior high coach at Claflin in 2009. In 2010 he became head football Coach at Claflin High School.    
Chris has been the Head Football Coach of the Central Plains Oilers since the Consolidation in 2011 with a record of 35-9, including a state championship in 2014.      
Chris is employed by Claflin Ambulance Service and works as the EMS Director and a volunteer fire fighter.
He and wife Tammie were married in 2006 and have 3 children, Bryce 20, Kaycee 17, and Mollie Jo 8. 

Assistant Coach Paul Dold, Little River - He  is a 1985 graduate of Emporia High School, 1991 graduate of Emporia State University and was Head Football and Track Coach at Grinnell from 1992-1996; Assistant Football Coach at Little River 1997-2009; Head Football Coach at Little River 2010-present; and Head Track Coach at Little River 1997-present
His record as Head Football Coach is  57-35
Paul teaches Chemistry, Physics, Human Anatomy, Biology and Physical Science at Little River
He has been married to Dee Dee Dold for 26 years and they have six children Samantha-20, Victoria-19, Solomon-167 Joshua-16, Kyle-11 and Nathaniel-8.

Assistant Coach Matt Smith, South Central High School - Matt Smith is the head football coach at South Central High School in Coldwater. He has been the head coach and teaches middle school science for the past 9 years.  
During the 2014 season the Timberwolves were 6-4 with a Bi district runner up finish. Smith is also the head track coach for the South Central Middle/High Schools.  
Coach Smith graduated from Protection High School in 1997, FHSU in 2001 with his Bachelors degree and from Newman in 2007 with his Master's in Educational Administration.  
Matt and his wife Erica have three children, Reece 8, Cass 7 and Case 3.

Pedro Flores, Ness City High School, Ness City, has been selected to play on the West squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Ness City High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include 1,416 yards rushing, 336 yards receiving, and 31 touchdowns. He was selected All League Runningback, Return Specialist and Defensive Back along with K-Preps 1st Team Runningback and 1st Team Defensive Back.
Ness City was undefeated State Champions in 2012 and Sub-State Runner-up in 2014.
Honors and accomplishments in other sports include 3 year letter in basketball, member of the 2013 3rd place basketball team; 3 time power lifting champion and 2 year track letterman.
Activities and honors outside school include CYO member, blood drive donor, and coaching little kids recreation sports and camps.
Pedro enjoys hanging out with friends, playing video games and watching movies.
Activities and honors in school include student body president, 2014 Fall Homecoming King, FFA member, KAYS Member and Anti Bully Club member.
Pedro is the son of Santa Guzman and his future plans are to attend Fort Hays State University, majoring in nursing.

Colton Herd, South Central High School, Protection, has been selected to play on the West squad. He is a 2015 graduate of South Central High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include defensive-108 tackles, 36 solo, 72 assists, 18 tackles for loss for 68 yards lost, 11 quarterback hurries, 1 safety, 11 sacks (most in Kansas in 8 man), 3 fumble recoveries; offensive-8 touchdowns, 5 PATs, 679 rushing yards, 779 total yards.
He was selected All League and All District Defensive Lineman 1st Team and 2nd Team Offensive Back, Topeka DJ All State Defensive Lineman and K-Preps All State Defensive Lineman.
Colton qualified for the state track meet as a junior in 4 events. 
Colton is the son of Steve and Sheryl Herd and his future plans are to attend North Central Kansas Technical College, majoring in construction technology.

Layne Bieberle, Central Plains High School, Claflin, has been selected to play on the West squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Central Plains High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include four year totals, 74 career TD's, 300 career tackles, 21 career interceptions, 4,927 career all purpose yards - 2,485 yards receiving, 118 catches, 57 receiving touchdowns.
Central Plains High School won the 8 Man Division I championship with an undefeated season, 13-0.
In 2012-2013 Layne was selected 1st Team CPL punt returner, 2nd team CPL defensive back, wide receiver, punt returner; District 5 All District Team punt returner, kick returner, wide receiver; KPreps District 5 All District team return specialist and wide receiver honorable mention. In 2013-2014 he was a 1st team CPL unanimous selection as wide receiver; District 5 All District Team unanimous selection as a punt returner and kick returner; Topeka Capital Journal 8 Man All Class 1st team defensive back; Hutchinson News 8 Man first team; Wichita Eagle All Class 1st team; Honorable Mention Junior of the year - Prep 2 Prep Football. In 2014-2015 he was a 1st Team CPL unanimous selected at wide receiver and defensive back; 1st Team CPL punt returner and kick off returner. He was selected Topeka Capital Journal 8-man All Class 1st Team and was named the Offensive Player of the Year in Kansas 8Man Division I; defensive player of the year by the Hutchinson News; and 8 Man All Class 1st team by the Wichita Eagle. He has also been selected to play in the Shrine Bowl.
Layne signed a Letter of Intent to play football at Fort Hays State University.
In other sports, Layne has been selected to the All State Tennis Team, placing 3rd in state doubles his freshman year; State Singles Fourth Place, sophomore year with a 32-2 season record and Regional Tennis Doubles winner junior year.
Layne also was named Honorable Mention All-CPL basketball in 2011-2012; 2nd Team All-Central Prairie League 2012-2013; First Team All State, 2013-2014. He was selected to the Amos-Morris George Stephens All Tournament Team and Tournament of Champions (Dodge City) All Tournament Team.
He has been a letter winner in powerlifting.
Activities and honors outside school include: Kans for Kids Fall Fun Festival, Fall Supper (church), Christmas decoration set-up for church, food drive for local food banks, Red Cross Blood Drive, accident victim fundraiser and soup supper fundraiser.
Layne likes to hunt, play golf and spend time with friends and family.
Activities and honors in school include National Honor Society, O-Club Vice President, FFA Reporter, Vice President of Sophomore Class, Football Homecoming King 2014.
Layne is the son of Lee and Jamie Bieberle and his future plans are to attend Fort Hays State University, play football and major in construction management.

Macrae Migchelbrink, Rawlins County High School, Atwood, has been selected to play on the West squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Rawlins County High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include 2014-selected Topeka Capital All State Honorable Mention quarterback, K-Preps 1st Team Division I all District Quarterback, Honorable Mention Defensive Back; Kansas Shrine Bowl nominee; 2012, 2013, 2014-Northwest Kansas League All League Quarterback 2nd Team and Defensive Back Honorable Mention; 2012-Quarterback 2nd Team; 2010-State Honorable Mention.
2014 statistics: 727 total yards rushing, 92.1 yards/game, 7.7 yards/carry, 561 yards passing, 70.1/yds per game, 0.607 percent game, 0.607 percent completion, 204.1 rate. Scoring-11 touchdowns, 8.8 points per game, receiving 3 receptions, 29.3 yds/avg. 36 long; Kickoffs, 25.3 yds/att.
Macrae was selected Rawlins County HIgh School Special Teams Player of the Year and Hardest Hit of the Year.
In 2014 and 2013 Rawlins County made the 8 Man Division I Bi-District Playoffs.
In other sports he placed 2nd at the state wrestling tournament at 132 lbs. in 2015, 2nd at 1262 lbs in 2014, 3rd at 120 lbs. in 2013 and 2nd at 106 lbs in 2012. He was named "The Wrestler" Most Valuable at RCHS in 2011 and 2012. Track and field at regional he placed 5th in the high jump, triple jump, 110 meter high hurdles and 6th in the 110m low hurdles.
Macrae attended American Legion Boys State Leadership Academy at Kansas State University in 2014. He has helped with numerous community service/volunteer projects including the Kelley Park restoration, Atwood Chambe roof Commerce sign painting, Atwood Thift Store clean-up, American Field Service exchange student host brother, raised and donated $500 to a van fundraiser.
Hobbies and interests include wakeboarding, snowboarding, golfing, video games, boating, hunting and fishing and playing guitar.
Activities and honors in school include Kansas Board of Regents Scholar, 3.9 GPA, STUCO representative, Spanish Club, Homecming and Prom Candidate, Prom Server, Rawlins County Entrepreneurship Fair, RCHS Choir, Men's Ensemble, and Phantom of the Opera School Play. 
Macrae is the son of Mark and Laury Migchelbrink and his future plans are to attend Kansas State University and study electrical engineering.

Tanner McMillen, Ness City High School, Ness City, has been selected to play on the West squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Ness City High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include rushing 1,775 ids, passing 1,955 yards, with 51 career touchdowns. Tanner was selected Football All-League Honorable Mention Quarterback, 2014 K-Preps 8 Man Division I All State Team All Purpose Player, Hays Daily News All Area Super II Team 2014.
Ness City was State champions in 2012 with a 13-0 record and Sub-State Runner-up in 2014 with a 9-3 record.
He is a member of Methodist Youth Group and enjoys hunting, fishing and golfing.
Activities and honors in school include football, basketball, golf, track, Honor Student and STUCO Representative.
Tanner is the son of Devin McMillen and Karen Seib and his future plans are to attend Kansas State University and study electrical engineering.

Rhett Mizer, Rawlins County High School, Atwoood, has been selected to play on the West squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Rawlins County High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include 422 career tackles, 6 interceptions, 15 forced fumbles, 13 fumble recoveries. He was selected All-State Linebacker, All-League Linebacker, and signed a Letter of Intent to play football at Bethany College. Rawlins County made two playoff appearances during Rhett's career.
He was a state qualifier in wrestling and in track throwing the javelin placing as League Champion.
Activities and honors outside school include Lutheran Youth Fellowship and 4-H.
Rhett enjoys archery, hunting, fishing, video games and playing and watching sports.
Activities and honors in school include football, wrestling, track, National Honor Society, Spanish Club and Class President.
Rhett is the son of Jeff and Becky Mizer and his future plans are to attend Bethany College, majoring in athletic training.

Kolt Washburn, Hodgeman County High School, Jetmore, has been selected to play on the West squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Hodgeman County High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include: 2013-All-State Honorable Mention Defensive Back, SPIAA All-League 1st Team Running Back & 2nd Team Safety, State Football Qualifier & Runner Up; 2014-All-State Honorable Mention Defensive Back & Running Back, SPIAA All-League 1st Team Running Back & Safety, Dodge CIty All-Area Football Team.
In 2012 Hodgeman County was Regional Runner-Ups, District Champions and Bi-District Champions; 2013-District Champions, Bi-District Champions, Regional Champs, Sub-State Champs, and State Runner-Up.
Honors and accomplishments in other sports include 2014-State Golf Runner-Up (team), 5th Place State Golf Medalist, State Track Qualifier in the 4x4.
Kolt played Ellis American Legion Baseball and enjoys golf, going to the lake and hunting.
He is also a member of FFA.
Kolt is the son of Randy Washburn and Veronica Hatfield and his future plans are undecided.

Michael Lamatsch, Central Plains High School, Claflin, has been selected to play on the West squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Central Plains High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include 2013: Tight End 2nd Team CPL, Tight End District 5 Honorable Mention, Tight End K-Preps District 5 Honorable Mention; 2014: Defensive Lineman 1st Team CPL, Tight End 2nd Team CPL, Defensive Line K-Preps District 5 All District Team, Tight End K-Preps DIstrict 5 Honorable Mention;  Topeka Capital-Journal 8 Man All Class Honorable Mention Lineman, Tight End/Defensive Line Hutchinson News 8 Man All Area 2nd Team.
Central Plains was Bi-District and District Champions with a  9-2 record in 2011 & 2013; District, Bi DIstrict, Substate and State Champions with a 13-0 record in 2014.
Michael lettered in football 4 years, basketball 3 years, tennis 3 years and placed at the state in 2012.
He is a member of CYO and enjoys hunting and farming.
School activities and honors include National Honor Society and FFA.
Michael is the son of David and Chrys Lamatsch and his future plans are to attend Kansas State University.

Reegan Kliesen, Spearville High School, Wright, has been selected to play on the West squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Spearville High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include lettering in football 2012, 2013 & 2014; named SPIAA 1st Team Offensive Lineman 2013, SPIAA 2nd Team Defensive Line 2013, K-Preps District 7 1st Team Offensive Line 2013, K-Preps District 7 Offensive Line 2014, K-Preps Defensive Line Honorable Mention, SPIAA 1st Team offensive LIne 2014 and SPIAA 2nd Team Defensive Line 2014.
Spearville was District Runner-up in 2013. In 2014 they had an undefeated regular season and were District Champions, Bi-District Champions and Regional Runner-Up.
Honors and accomplishments in other sports include lettering in baseball and basketball in 2012, 2013 and 2014, SPIAA Basketball Tourney Champs 2013-2014, Sub-State Basketball Champions 2013-2014, 1A State Basketball 4th place 2013-2014.
Outside school Reegan is a member of Knights of Columbus, St. Andrews Church Altar Server, Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Ford County, Lector at St. Andrews Church, Members of St. Andrews Youth Council, help St. Andrews Cemetery Committee prepare graves, Attended NCYC, Summer MAYB and played summer baseball.
Reegan works on the family farm and enjoys hunting, playing X-box, watching movies and cartoons, entertaining siblings, riding a Ranger and fishing.
Activities and honors in school include member of Lancer Lunatics Pep Club and honor student.
Reegan is the son of Joe and Dixie Kliesen and Daren Wright  and his future plans are to attend Dodge City Community College or Fort Hays State University, majoring in agri business.

Grant Harvey, Little River High School, Geneseo, has been selected to play on the West squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Little River High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include 2,497 total rushing yards, 7.7 average yards per carry, 49 total touchdowns, 3,448 all purpose yards, 233 tackles. He was selected 1st Team All-State Defensive Back, 1st Team All-League Offense and Defense, and 1st Team All Area.
Little River was Bi-District Football Champions in 2014.
Honors and accomplishments in other sports include 2014 State Basketball Runner-up and 2013 1st leg of the  4x100 Relay 4th Place State Track Meet.
Activities outside school include coaching 3rd and 5th grade boys basketball for 1 year and 5th and 6th grade boys basketball for 1 year.
Grant enjoys hunting and camping, going to the lake, and obviously sports. He participates in woodworking at school.
Grant is the son of David and Jackie Harvey and his future plans are to attend college and play football.

Deric McKeeyer, Hill City Jr-Sr High School, Morland, has been selected to play on the West squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Hill City High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include Junior and Senior years (15 games): 1614 yards rushing, 289 carries, 107.6 average per game, 17 touchdowns, 940 kick return yards, 744 yard passing, 107 tackles, 4 interceptions, 6 passed defense, 3 forced fumbles. League all team honors include 1st Team Defense and Offense 2013 and 1st Team Special Teams 2014.
Hill City was league champions in 2014.
Honors and accomplishments in other sports include State Track 2014, 10th in the triple jump and 1st at regional. Deric was selected All Team Honorable Mention in Basketball in 2014.
He is a Vacation Bible School teacher and CYO trap shoot participant.
Deric enjoys fishing, hunting, bowling and cooking.
Honors and activities in school include Science Olympiad, 2014 & 2015, placing both years in multiple events; FCCLA officer 2015 and Buddy to Buddy Program.
Deric is the son of Jeff McKeever and Cheryl Appelhans and his future plans are to attend Kansas State University.

Kaden Stein, Spearville High School, Spearville, has been selected to play on the West squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Spearville High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include 2012-Honorable Mention All-District Offensive End; 2013-1st Team All District Defensive End, 2nd Team All-League Defensive End and Offensive End; 2014-1st Team All League Offensive End, 1st Team All-League Defensive End, 1st Team All-District Offensive End, 1st team All-District Defensive End, Dodge City Daily Globe All-Area Team, Honorable Mention All-Class Varsity Kansas Defensive End.
Career offensive statistics include 47 receptions for 548 yards and 7 touchdowns, defense 151 tackles and 10.5 sacks.
In 2013 Spearville was Bi-District Runner-Up and in 2014 they completed the regular season undefeated and ended the season as District Champion, Bi-District Champion and Regional Runner-Up.
Honors and accomplishments in other sports include basketball-4 year letterman, captain junior and senior year; 2nd Team All League, Dodge City Daily Globe All-Area Team, 2nd Team All State, junior year; Keady Classic All-Tournament Team, 3 years. He placed 6th overall in power lifting in 2014 and was a baseball letterman 4 years.
Activities and honors outside school include Little League baseball coach, youth basketball coach, Big Brothers/Big Sisters mentor, altar server and lector at St. John's Church, Community Quiz Bowl.
Hobbies and interests include ping-pong, reading, hunting and playing cards with friends.
Activities and honors in school include Student Council President, National Honor Society Vice President junior year and President senior year, Ronald Reagan Leadership Award Recipient, Class Vice president 3 years and Kansas Honor Scholar.  
Kaden is the son of Kevin and Gari-Ann Stein and his future plans are to attend Kansas State University, majoring in agribusiness.

Brennan Harms, Hodgeman County High School, Jetmore, has been selected to play on the West squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Hodgeman County High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include All State Offensive Line Topeka Capital Journal and Wichita Eagle 2013-2014; SPIAA All League 1st Team Offensive Line and 2nd Team Defensive Line, 2013-2014; Honorable Mention Offensive Line 2012; All District 1st Team Offensive Line and Defensive Line, 2013-2014; University of Nebraska at Kearney, 8 Man Football Camp, Offensive Line and Defensive Line Awards, 2013-2014.
Hodgeman County was Regional Runner-Up in 2012, State Runner-Up in 2013 with an undefeated regular season record; and back to back District Champions in 2012 and 2013.
Honors and accomplishments in other sports include SPIAA 2nd Team All League in basketball and 9th place at the State Track Meet in the shot put in 2014.
Activities and honors outside school include helping maintain the town cemetery, volunteering to help local farmers fix fence, buck bales, move and/or feed cattle; member of the Sons of American Legion; help the Recreation Commission with summer activities (coach, referee, concessions, announcing); sports announcer for all home football games for junior high team and youth football games; work at Jetmore Food Center.
Hobbies and interests include quality time with family and friends, playing video games with little brother, playing football, basketball, softball and golf when weather permits; movies, playing pitch, shooting pool and bowling; Washington Redskins and Notre Dame Football.

Brennan is the son of Brandon and Trisha Harms and his future plans are to attend Dodge City Community College on a football scholarship, major in secondary education with an emphasis in physical education and a minor in history.

Rex Diederich, Decatur Community High School, Oberlin, has been selected to play on the West squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Decatur Community High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include 9th Grade-Honorable Mention Linebacker; 10th Grade-1st Team Linebacker, 11th grade-1st Team Linebacker, 2nd Team Punter; 12th grade-1st Team Linebacker, 1st Team Offensive Line, Northwest Kansas All League Football Team, K-Preps Class 8 Man-1 All State Team Linebacker; 4 year letterman.
Rex's career football statistics include 204 solo tackles, 337 total tackles, 8.6 average tackles per game, 4 sacks, 6 fumble recoveries and 4 interceptions.
Decatur Community High School was 2014 District Champions and 2013 District Runner-Ups.
Rex was a four year varsity letterman in wrestling. In 2013 he was a state qualifier, 2014-4th place at the State Wrestling Tournament and 2015-2nd place at the 3-2-1A State Wresting Tournament.
Hobbies and interests include vintage car restoration, fishing and off road motor sports.
Rex was a band member for 4 years, playing the bari-saxophone; FFA member 4 years, Ag Mechanics State Contest Placer; National Honor Society Member.
Rex is the son of Ron and Dawn Diedrich and his future plans are to attend Fort Hays State University, play football and major in nursing.

Regent Erickson, Decatur Community High School, Rexford, has been selected to play on the West squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Decatur Community High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include total statistics for high school-114 tackles, 28 game splayed, 5 fumble recoveries, 2 interceptions-1 returned for a touchdown, 2 blocked punts. 2013-Selected All League 2nd Team Center and Honorable Mention Defensive line, 2014-Selected All District 1st Team Center, 1st Team Defensive Line, All League 1st Team Center and 1st Team Defensive Line, All-State Topeka Capitol Journal Honorable Mention Offensive Line. 
In 2014 Decatur County was the District Champions.
Honors and accomplishments in other sports include Regent was a State Track Qualifier in the discus in 2013 and shot put in 2014. He was also selected All League Honorable Mention in basketball in 2013-2014 and was selected to play in an All Star Game in 2014-2015.
Regent is a member of the United Methodist Youth Group and he worked on  the Halloween clean-up and Decatur Community Fair.
Hobbies and interests include reading, watching movies and spending time with friends.
Other activities in school include vocal, band, jazz band, show choir quartet, forensics, musical, play, National Honor Society, Letterman's Club, Drama Club, StuCo Vice President and Spanish Club. Honors include 4 years in the Honor Jazz Band, 3 years in the KMEA Honor Band, I's at State in vocal and band in solos/ensembles, Forensics State Qualifier and Fort Hays State Champion in Math Relays junior and senior years.
Regent is the son of Brad and Angie Erickson and his future plans are to attend Kansas State University, majoring in mechanical engineer.

Daniel Hacker, Skyline High School, Coats, has been selected to play on the West squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Skyline High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include 2012-All District 6 Honorable Mention Offensive Lineman, 1st Team Defensive Lineman, HPOL All League 2nd Team Defensive Lineman; 2013-Black Iron Reward, All District 6 1st Team Linebacker, 2nd Team Runningback, HOPL All League 1st Team Linebacker and All State Honorable Mention Linebacker; 2014-All District 6 1st Team Linebacker, 2nd Team Runningback, 2nd Team Punter, HOPL All League 1st Team Linebacker.
Skyline went undefeated in league and district play and made it to the state playoffs.
In 2014 Daniel qualified for the State Track Meet in the javelin.
He enjoys hunting, fishing and lifting weights and is involved in ISA and Pep Club in school. 
Daniel is the son of Jack and Jenny Hacker and his future plans are to attend Fort Hays State University, majoring in petroleum geology.

Layton Kenworthy, Skyline High School, Coats, has been selected to play on the West squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Skyline High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include Skyline went undefeated in league and district play in 2014 and made it to the state playoffs.
Layton is a member of the Kansas National Guard and the Southwest 4-H Club and the Skyline High School Band.
Layton is the son of Bob Kenworthy and Mary Bundy and his future plans are to attend Pratt Community College, then attend the ITT Tech.

Blake Homman, Solomon High School, Solomon, has been selected to play on the West squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Solomon High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include 2013 and 2014 selected to All-State K-Preps. In 2012 Solomon was Wheat State League Champion, District, Bi-District and Regional Champion, and Sub-State Runner-Up; 2013-Wheat State League Champion.
Blake was selected All Wheat State League in basketball in 2014 and 2015.
He is a member of FBLA and likes to hunt and fish.
Blake is the son of Brad and Michelle Homman and his future plans are to attend Independence Community College and play football.

Chord Zeller, Little River High School, Windom, has been selected to play on the West squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Little River High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include playing football 4 years, lettering 3 years. He was named Honor able Mention Defensive End in 2011, First Team District Defensive End, Punter, Kicker and Honorable Mention Offensive End in 2012, leading the team in sacks.
Little River reached the 2nd Round of the Playoffs in 2014 and the First Round of the Playoffs in 2011.
Honors and achievements in other sports include lettering in track freshman and sophomore years. Chord was selected First Team Wheat State League in 2013-2014 and lettered two years. Little River was the sub-state runner up in basketball in 2013-2014.
Chord is a member of the Windom Fire Department and Holy Trinity Catholic Church. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and hanging with friends.
Activities and honors in school include Academic Honor Roll 4 years, Hutchinson Community College Honor Roll 2015, Kansas Sunflower Academic Scholar, Spanish Club, Woodshop, Art, Class Secretary sophomore year and class treasurer senior year. 
Chord is the son of Chris and Susie Zeller and his future plans are to attend Hutchinson Community College.

Jake Peters, South Gray High School, Copeland has been selected to play on the West squad. He is a 2015 graduate of South Gray High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include 2013-All League Football 1st Team Defense-Down Lineman, All League Football Honorable Mention Offense-End. Jake's football averages per game include-tackles 5.6, solos 4.6, assists 2.0, sacks .4, tackles for loss 2.3, interceptions 0.
In 2011 South Gray was State Runner-Up, District and Sub-State Champions.
In other sports Jake qualified for the State Track Meet placing 2nd in the Discus in 2013 and 2nd in Shot Put and Discus in 2014. In basketball South Gray was the SPIAA League Champions in 2013-2014, SPIAA League Tournament Champions in 2015. Jake was selected for the All League Basketball 2nd Team in 2013-2014.
He is a member of the church choir and youth group and enjoys playing basketball and hanging out with friends.
Activities and honors in school include Forensics 2015 and working on a Community Service Project by helping at the Senior Citizens and Bethel Home.  
Jake is the son of Cornelius and Judith Peters and his future plans are to attend Hutchinson Community College on a football scholarship and major in engineering.
