8 Man 2015 Division II East Roster

Head Coach Matt Schreiber, Blue Valley Hiqh School - Matt Schreiber graduated from Jackson Heights High School in 1999 and from Kansas State University in 2005 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Secondary Education and in 2011 with a Master’s of Science Degree in School Counseling and Student Development.  
Matt is currently the in his 9th year as head coach at Blue Valley Randolph. Matt also coached JV Boys Basketball and Powerlifting this past season.  
Matt has been married to his Carrie for 11 years, and has three children: Landon 9, Reid 7, and Gabby 3. 

Assistant Coach Eric Detwiler, Axtell High School - Eric Detweiler graduated from Axtell High School in 1998 and from Kansas State University in 2002 with a degree in Animal Science and Industry.
Eric received his Rule 10 certification so he could coach. He also farms.
Eric is in his second  year of coaching at Axtell High School with a record of 15-6. Axtell lost this year in the Sub-State game.  
Eric has been married to wife Michelle for 12 years. They have three children, Isaac age 10, Wyatt age 6, and Katelyn age 5.

Assistant Coach Sean Blosser, Caldwell High School - Sean Blosser has just completed his fourth season as the head football coach of the Caldwell Bluejays. He is also the head coach for high school track and field, and middle school girl's basketball. Along with coaching he teaches Physical Education to all kindergarten through 12th graders at Caldwell Schools.
Coach Blosser is a 2006 graduate of Perry-Lecompton High School. He then attended Fort Scott Community College on a football scholarship and continued playing for Ottawa University where he completed his education and received a Bachelors of Physical Education in 2011.  
Sean lives in Caldwell with his wife Lesly and two sons Mak, 6, and John Henry, 2.

Peyton Reeves, Pike Valley High School, Courtland, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Pike Valley High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include 2014-kickoff returns 11 for 257 yards, 1 touchdown, 48 total points scored; punt returns 12 for 306 yards, 3 touchdowns; 7 interceptions, 48 tackles. Peyton was selected All District Defensive Back, Kick Return, Punt Return, and 2nd Team Tight End.
Pike Valley was District Runner-up, Bi-District Champions and Regional Runner-up.
Honors and achievements in other sports include team runner up in State Cross Country, Peyton placed in the top 30; 2014-Junior of the Year in Basketball Preps 2Prep, Dean's List in Basketball 2 times in Preps2Preps, 1st Team All State Division 2 1A Basketball. In 2013 State Peyton participated in the 3200m at the State Track Meet.
Activities and honors outside school include Catholic Youth Organization, Turner Youth in Barber County, refereeing youth soccer and flag football, coaching flag football, participating in Community Border Line Theatre Play productions.
Petyon enjoys sports - football, basketball and track.
Activities and honors in school include Honorable Mention Honor Roll throughout most of high school, FFA, KAYS, FBLA, Drama Club-play and forensics.
Peyton is the son of Todd and Cherish Reeves and his future plans are to attend college, play basketball or football and become an athletic trainer.

Samuel Wencel, Caldwell High School, Caldwell, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Caldwell High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include 2013: 2nd Team All League SCBL Defensive End, First Team All District Defensive End, Honorable Mention All District Tight End/Wide Receiver; 2014: 1st Team All League SCBL Defensive End, Honorable Mention All State Defensive End.
Caldwell was District Runner-up, Bi-District Champions and Regional Runner-up in 2012 and District Runner-up and Bi-District Runner-up in 2014.
Honors in other sports in 2014 include SCBL All-League 2nd Team in Basketball and SCBL Runner-up 110m hurdles.
Sam enjoys working on the farm, hunting, fishing, hanging out with friends and playing sports.
Activities and honors in school include National Honors Society, Student Council President, FCA, Caldwell High School Student Athlete of the Year 2014. 
Samuel is the son of Robert and Jan Wencel and his future plans are to attend Butler Community or Emporia State College.

Collin Herold, Sylvan-Lucas Unified, Lucas, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Sylvan-Lucas Unified High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include selected All District 2013-2014 Quarterback and Linebacker. Sylvan-Lucas made the first round of the state playoffs in 2014-2015, finishing as District Runner-Up.
In other sports, Sylvan-Lucas were Sub-State Runner-up in 2013-2014 and 2014-2015. Collin was a Regional and State Qualifier in Golf in 2013-2014.
He enjoys playing basketball, golf, hunting and fishing.  
Collin is the son of Bill and Sheree Herold and Mike and Christy Delaney and his future plans are to attend Fort Hays State University and pursue a career in football.

Philip Moses, Chetopa High School, Chetopa, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Chetopa Unified High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include 5,022 total passing yards, 80 passing TD's, 140 passing yards/game, 336/554 pass completions/attempts, 114.2 career quarterback rating. In 2012 he was selected All-District Honorable Mention Quarterback, 2013 & 2014-All League 1st Team Unanimous Quarterback , All District 1st Team Quarterback, All State Honorable Mention Quarterback; 2014-Craw-Kan Southeast Kansas All Area Football Team Quarterback.
Chetopa was the TRL Conference Runner-Up in 2011; TRL Conference Undefeated Champions in 2013 & 2014; Bi-District Runner-Up 2011 and 2013; Bi-District Champions, District Champions and Regional Runner-Up in 2014.
In other sports Philip was a member of the 1A Sub-state Runner-Up basketball team in 2012 & 2013. They were 1A Sub-State Champions in 2014 and placed 4th at State. In golf Philip placed 3rd in the 1A Regionals and was a member of the State Qualifying Team.
Philip is a member of the Volunteer Firefighters and the National Society of High School Scholars.
He enjoys fishing, hunting, hanging out with friends, playing basketball and golf.
Activities and honors in school include NHS member, Treasurer of Senior Class, Superintendent Honor Roll, Principal Honor Roll, Valedictorian of Senior Class, and a Kansas Honor Scholar.
Philip is the son of Doug Moses and Teresa Hughes and his future plans are to attend a four year university and become an accountant.

Chad Gross, Linn High School, Linn, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Linn High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include First Team All League Tight End, First Team All League Defensive Back, First Team All District Tight End, FIrst Team All State K-Prep Tight End.
Chad was selected 2nd Team All League in Basketball; and was a State Track qualifier placing 3rd in the high jump two years.
Chad is the son of Delmar and Cherrie Gross and his future plans are to attend Cloud County Community College and participate in track.

Walker Harred, Southern Coffey County, LeRoy, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Southern Coffey County High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include 3,165 yards rushing, 6.1 yards per carry, 38 touchdowns, 380 tackles, 10 sacks. 2011-2012: Selected LCL 2nd Team Linebacker; 2012-2013: LCL 2nd team Linebacker, All District Honorable Mention Linebacker; 2013-2014: LCL 1st Team Runningback and Defensive End, All District 1st Team Runningback and Defensive End, Honorable Mention All State Runningback; 2014-2015: Lyon County League 1st Team Runningback and Linebacker, All District 1st Team Runningback and Linebacker, K-Preps 1st Team 8 Man Linebacker, Honorable Mention All State Runningback.
Southern Coffey County was 2014 District and Bi-District Runner-Up.
Walker was a member of the 1A Boys Team Champion in 2013-2014. In 2012-2013 he placed 4th at the State Track Meet in the discus and in 2013-2014 he was State Discus Champion and state qualifier in the shot put.
In the 2011 State Games of America Walker placed 3rd in the discus and 2nd in the shot put and in the 2013 games he placed 1st in the discus.
Hobbies and interests include hunting and fishing.
Walker is the son of Tiffanie and Jason Harred and his future plans are to join the work force.

Doss Grigsby, Attica High School, Attica, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Attica High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include 2013-2nd Team offensive End, 2nd Team Defensive End; 2014-1st Team League Receiver, 1st Team League Defensive Back, 1st Team District Defensive Back, Honorable Mention Running Back, Honorable Mention State. In 2014 he had 48 carries for 383 yards, 10 receptions for 211 yards and 12 touchdowns, 2 interceptions and 105 tackles.
Attica was District, Bi-District, Regional and Sub-State Champions and State Runner-Up with a 9-0 regular season in 2014.
Honors and accomplishments in other sports include Sub-State Basketball Champions in 2013-2014; track-400m League Champion and 200m League Runner-Up in 2014. He was the 1A Bench Press State Powerlift Meet Champion in 2014.
Doss enjoys the outdoors and farming.
Activities and honors in school include 2 years band, class officer and a member of Prepare to Launch Program.
Doss is the son of Garett and Sheryl Grigsby and his future plans are to attend Tulsa Welding School.

Ty Heenan, Sylvan-Lucas Unified, Lucas, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Sylvan-Lucas Unified High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include being selected All District Defensive Back and Honorable Mention Running Back. Sylvan-Lucas made the State Playoffs in 2014 and was District Runner-Up.
Honors and accomplishments in other sports include 2013 Regional qualifier in high jump and triple jump; 2013 NPL League Runner Up basketball and Sub-State Runner Up in basketball.
Ty is a member of KFC Youth Group and enjoys working at the sale barn, going hunting and snowboarding.
Ty is the son of Kim and Brent Steinle and Justin Heenan and his future plans are to join the Navy.

Keifer George, Pretty Prairie High School, Haven, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Pretty Prairie High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include: career-rushing 287 attempts for 2333 yards, 38 touchdowns; punting 51 attempts for 1670 yards, 32.7 yard per punt; kick off returns 29 attempts for 548 yards, 18.9 yards per attempt, 2 touchdowns; receiving 45 attempts, 22 catches for 349 yards, 5 touchdowns. He set the Pretty Prairie single game rushing record 386 yards on 17 carries for 6 touchdowns.
In 2013 he was selected All League Running Back 2nd team, All District Honorable Mention Running Back; 2014-All District Running Back and Punter, All State Punter, All State Honorable Mention Running Back and Wendy's High School Heisman.
In other sports, in 2013-2014 he was selected HOPL 1st Team Basketball; 2012-State Track Qualifier for 4x100 Relay and Triple Jump; 2013-State Qualifier for 4x100 Relay and Triple Jump; 2014-State Track Qualifier for 4x100 Relay, 100 Meter, 200 Meter and Triple Jump.
Activities and honors outside school include AAU Track and Field National Championship Qualifier and UCAT&F National Championship Qualifier.
Keifer enjoys fishing and hunting.
He is a member of the National Honor Society and was President of the Senior Class at Pretty Prairie High School.  
Keifer is the son of Tony and Brenda George and his future plans are to attend Emporia State University.

Shane Talbot, Axtell High School, Axtell, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Axtell High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include TVL 2nd Team Offense and 1st Team Defense; All Districts 1st Team Offense and Defense; All State Honorable Mention.
Axtell was District, Bi-District, and Regional Champions in 2014 and Sub-State Runner-Up.
Honors and accomplishments in other sports include TVL League Basketball Champions 2013, Sub-state Champions 2013 and State Basketball Champions in 2013. Shane qualified for the state track meet 2 years.
He enjoys fishing, hunting and trapping.
Activities and honors in school include Honor Roll 4 years, National Honor Roll 1 year, 4 year letterman in football and basketball and 3 years in track.  
Shane is the son of Rob and Angie Talbot and his future plans are to attend Southeast Community College, majoring in electrical and electro mechanical technology.

Dylan Allison, South Barber, Kiowa, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of South Barber High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include Heart of the Plains All League Running Back, Linebacker and Returner, 3 years; All District Running Back, Linebacker & Returner, 3 years; All District Defensive Most Valuable Player, 2 years; All State Running Back, Linebacker, 2 years. Career stats include 321 tackles, 4 interceptions, 3,144 rushing yards, 47 touchdowns, 1,346 receiving yards, 20 touchdowns, 1031 returning yards.
South Barber was District Champions in 2012 and 2013.
Dylan was selected All State Basketball in 2013 and All League Basketball in 2012 and 2013.
He works at Kiowa Locker System and enjoys crossfit, hanging out with friends and spending time with family.
School activities include KAYS and President of the 2015 Senior Class.
Dylan is the son of Kevin and Angela Allison and his future plans are undecided.

Josiah Witteman, Southern Coffey County, LeRoy, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Southern Coffey County High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include 76 receptions, 1,244 yards, 20 touchdowns, 330 total tackles, 10 interceptions. In 2012 he was selected LCL Honorable Mention Tight End, Grasslands Honorable Mention Tight End; 2013: LCL 2nd Team Wide Receiver and Linebacker, All District 1st Team Wide Receiver and Linebacker, Honorable Mention All State End, Grasslands 2nd Team Wide Receiver; 2014: Lyon County League 2nd Team Wide Receiver and Defensive Back, All District 1st Team Wide Receiver and Defensive Back, Honorable Mention All State Defensive Back, Grasslands 2nd Team Defensive Back.
Southern Coffey County was District and Bi-District Runner-Up in 2014.
Honors and accomplishments in other sports include Flint Hills Optimist Club Basketball All Star Game in 2015 and 2014 State Track participant in the high jump and 4x400.
Josiah was a member of the Man Up Ministries Youth Group and enjoys turkey and waterfowl hunting, street basketball at the party.
Activities and honors in school include Superintendent's Award (4.0 GPA), Student of the Month, Army Reserve National Scholar Athlete Award, Honor Flight Guardian 3 years, Class President 2 years, Class Vice President 1 year and StuCo Representative 1 year. He participated in football, basketball and track and field 4 years.
Josiah is the son of Doug and Tracy Wittteman and his future plans are to attend the University of Kansas.

Austin Tracy, Attica High School, Argonia, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Argonia High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include 101 solo tackles, 188 total tackles, 10 sacks, 8 fumble recoveries, 2 touchdowns, 1 safety. In 2013 he was selected All League First Team Defensive End, All District First Team Defensive End, All District Second Team Offensive Line; 2014-1st Team All-LeagueDefensive Tackle/Nose Guard, 2nd Team All League Offensive Line, 1st Team All District Defensive Tackle/Nose Guard, 2nd Team Offensive LIne, All State Honorable Mention Defensive Nose Guard.
In 2014-15 Argonia was District Champions and State Champion Runner-Up, 2nd Place.
Honors and accomplishments in other sports include track medals in shot put and powerlifting 2nd overall in 156 lb weigh class at Conway Springs 2012 Invitational, and 5th in power cleans at KEMFA 2013 State Powerlifting, 181 weight class.
Activities and honors outside school include occasional community services, 4-H Club president, 8 years participation in 4-H.
Austin enjoys hunting pheasants, coons, possums and skunks.
He received the Argonia Gold Work Ethic Award and Argonia Silver Work Ethic Award and was on the A & B Honor Rolls throughout high school.
Austin is the son of Jeff and Eddie Tracy and his future plans are to attend Kansas State University, majoring agronomy.

Andrew Feldkamp, Axtell High School, Axtell, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Axtell High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include 2012-2nd Team Offense, TVL 1st Team Offensive lIne, 2nd Team Defensive Line, Honorable Mention All-State, All District Offensive Line and Defensive Line; 2013-All- Underclassman Honorable Mention, All Class Offensive Line Honorable Mention; 2014: TVL 1st Team Offensive and Defensive Line, All District Offensive and Defensive Line, District Defensive Most Valuable Player, All Class Offensive Line, All State, Shrine Bowl. He was a 4 year letter winner and starter.
In 2014 Axtell made it to Sub-State for the first time since 2008. They were District Champs, Bi-District Champs, Regional Champs and Sub-State Runner-Up.
Andrew earned a basketball letter all 4 years. In 2012-2013 Axtell was the 1A-D2 State Champions and the TVL Tournament Champions.
Activities and honors outside school include Boys State 2014, REC Youth Tour in Steamboat Springs-Vice President of Camp, Catholic Youth Organization, Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Conference, Youth work on mission trips.
Andrew enjoys shooting, hunting, reading, video games and tinkering.
Activities and honors in school include National Honor Society-President Senior Year-3 year member; FCCLA-President Senior Year, Vice President Junior Year-4 year member; Scholar's Bowl-4th 1A-D1 State Junior, 3 year letter winner, 4 year member; Class officer 4 years, Superintendent's Honor Roll 4 years, KU Honors Student, TVL All-Academic Team. 
Andrew is the son of Fred and Maggie Feldkamp and his future plans are to attend Kansas State University, majoring in mechanical engineering.

Grant Cook, Linn High School, Washington, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Linn High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include 4 year letterman, member of USA National Football Team, Twin Valley All League Defense, 2nd Team District Kicker, 1st Team Defense Team District and All State Honorable Mention.
Grant was a 2 year letterman in basketball, track and football.
He is a member of Lutheran Youth Fellowship and enjoys outdoor activities including hunting and fishing.
In high school, Grant was a member of the Letterman's Club and participated in forensics.
Grant is the son of Leland and Lori Clark and his future plans are to attend Doane College, Crete, NE where he has signed a football letter of intent.

Chase Nisly, Pretty Prairie High School, Abbyville, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Pretty Prairie High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include 2013 and 2014 selected Honorable Mention.
Pretty Prairie was the high school boys' basketball District Champions in 2015.
Activities and honors outside school include 2 time National Little Britches Rodeo Finalist and 2014 Central Plains Rodeo Association Finalist in steer wrestling.
Chase enjoys baseball, team roping, steer wrestling and riding colts.
He was a member of the Pretty Prairie High School Choir, FFA, and played football, basketball and golf. 
Chase is the son of Clayton and Jennifer Nisly and his future plans are to farm.

Chisom Cloud, Chetopa High School, Chetopa, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Chetopa High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include 2 time 1st Team League Center, 2013 Honorable Mention District Center, 2014 1st Team District Center and 1st Team Unanimous All State Center.
In 2011 Chetopa reached the first round playoffs and was District Runner-Up, in 2012 they were League Runner-Up, 2013 District Runner Up and League Champions and in 2014 they had an undefeated regular season, District & League Champions, Bi-District Champions and Regional Runner-Up.
In other sports, Chetopa placed 4th in the 2013 1A D2 Basketball State Tournament and was Sub-State Champion; 2011 and 2012 they were Sub-State Runner Up.
Chisom is a junior fire fighter and enjoys baseball, weight lifting, basketball, track, video games, hunting and fishing.
Activities and honors in school include football, basketball, baseball, track, power lifting, FCCLA, NHS, college courses for dual credit, Gifted Program and Chess Club.
Chisom is the son of Stacie Moses-Cloud and John Cloud and his future plans are to attend Pittsburg State, earn a bachelor's degree in engineering, then transfer to K-State for a master's in chemical engineering.

Andrew Mages, Attica High School, Argonia, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Argonia High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include 2013-All District 2nd Team Defensive End; 2014-All District 2nd Team Offensive End, All-District 1st Team Defensive End, SCBL All-League 1st Team Offensive End, SCBL All-League 1st Team Defensive End, All-State Honorable Mention Offensive End, All-District 2nd Team Defensive End.
Argonia was Regional, District, Bi-District and Sub-State Champion, State Runner-Up with an undefeated regular season and a 12-1 record in 2014.
Andrew delivers Meals on Wheels and enjoys hunting, fishing, track and spending time with friends.
Activities and honors in school include Class Vice President, KAY Club Vice President, StuCo, Scholar's Bowl, vocal and track.
Andrew is the son of Jon and Mindy Mages and his future plans are to attend attend college, majoring in landscape architecture.

Ian Young, Caldwell High School, Caldwell, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Caldwell High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include selection to 2nd Team All District 4. Caldwell was District and Bi-District Runner-Up.
Ian enjoys lifting weights and is a member of National Honor Society.
Ian is the son of Jamie and Julie Young and Michella Young and his future plans are to attend WATC for A and P Mechanics.

Tyler Jones, Axtell High School, Axtell, has been selected to play on the East squad. He is a 2015 graduate of Axtell High School.
Football statistics and accomplishments include selected All League 2nd Team Running Back and All League 1st Team Linebacker. Axtell was undefeated District Champions in 2014, Regional Champions, Bi-District Champions and Sub-State Runner Up.
In 2011-2012  and 2012-2013 Tyler qualified for the State Track Meet. In 2012-2013 Axtell was 1A Division II State Champions, TVL League Champion and Sub-State Champion in basketball; 2013-2014, they were Sub-State Runner Up in basketball and in 2014-2015 they were Sub-State Basketball Champion and Tyler was selected to play in the HCC All Star Game.
Tyler plays baseball and works in the summer and enjoys fishing, playing sports and spending time with family.
He was an honor student at Axtell and participated in FCCLA and NHS.
Tyler is the son of Josh and Jennifer Jones and his future plans are to attend Southeast Community College and study HVAC.
